As you can see this is an "upside down" level!

The bottom half of the board is where the candy'e come down from, then they go through the teleports and up to the top of the board!

As usual combo's are the secret to scoring enough to pass.

First you need to clear the liquorice to give you 

more room to play.

Then try to keep your eyes on the bombs as you're 

matching up..

Try to match up the candy's with the extra seconds on if possible too.

Just work as quickly as you can and hope for the best!
Each bomb you match is worth 3,000 points, so match them as quickly as possible so more will come down.
Leave specials on the board if it isn't easy to match them and if you are close to the score when a bomb is on 1 and you can't get to it, just stop playing and let the time run out.
When the time runs out any +5 candies and specials will be detonated giving you lots more points, and could just be enough to take you through the score you need.
